Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chipsI used Lily’s milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup roasted, salted macadamia nuts

Instructions

  • Add chocolate chips to a large, microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the chocolate for 45 seconds at 50% power. Remove and stir thoroughly to distribute the heat.
  • Return to the microwave for 15 seconds at full power, then stir again. Continue in 10-second increments if needed until fully melted and smooth.
  • Add macadamia nuts and stir until each nut is coated with chocolate.
  • Use a fork to transfer nuts to a non-stick baking sheet or silicone mat, spacing them apart so they don’t stick together.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Remove from the fridge and enjoy. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer; they will soften at room temperature.

Notes

If desired, dust the coated macadamia nuts with a powdered sweetener or cocoa powder before placing them on the baking sheet.
