Dulce de Leche Caramel Fudge-rich and creamy with pockets of pure caramel goodness swirled in!

The holiday season is officially here—Halloween has passed, and now Thanksgiving and Christmas are on the horizon. I admit I get into the holiday spirit early; I love the sights, the baking, the food, and the chance to spend time with family. I don’t mean to rush things, I just want the season to last as long as possible.

I enjoy everything about this time of year: the decorating (even if I’m not the best at it), the baking, and the family gatherings. Some holiday foods are especially memorable—have you ever tried a fried turkey? It’s incredible. And the best part is sharing these moments and meals with loved ones.

Family time often means cooking and creating together. My son recently made his famous Buckeye Candy in the kitchen—he’ll share the recipe soon. We make cookies, cakes, and full holiday meals, decorate the tree and the house, and string lights outside. These are the moments I treasure.

Of course, I insist on watching my favorite holiday specials when they air and replaying our collection of Christmas movies all season long. And I’ll happily have the carols playing in the background while we bake and wrap gifts.

I especially love making candy, and fudge is one of my favorites. It’s simple—usually only a few main ingredients, plus whatever mix-ins you like, such as nuts or candy pieces. It’s also quick to prepare, which is great when kids want to help with the fun parts rather than stand patiently by the oven.

Fudge presents beautifully on a serving tray or packaged as a gift, and it’s always a crowd-pleaser. This particular recipe combines creamy white chocolate with swirls of dulce de leche for pockets of caramel throughout. It’s easy to make and delicious—definitely a must-make for the season.

You can use store-bought canned dulce de leche or make your own in a slow cooker. Either way, this fudge is worth the effort—make a batch and enjoy.
