Dulce de Leche Caramel Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 ounces dulce de leche caramel
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate chips and butter on high for 1 minute. Check and heat an additional 30 seconds if needed. Remove and stir until completely smooth.
- Stir in vanilla, then gently fold in the dulce de leche until you achieve a marbled swirl. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and press gently to level. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to set. Cut into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container.
