We served this Air Fryer Lemon Feta Asparagus alongside Maple Mustard Salmon.
Lemon and feta are a perfect pairing—bright, tangy, and savory all at once.
How to make Air Fryer Lemon Feta Asparagus
Trim about an inch off the bottom of the asparagus. Place the spears in a shallow dish and drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Add crumbled feta, a pinch of kosher salt, and a few grinds of black pepper.

Toss gently until the asparagus is evenly coated with oil, lemon, and feta.

Arrange the asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible, then sprinkle the remaining feta over the top.

Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. The asparagus will be tender with crispy, slightly charred bits of feta on top.
Those charred pieces of feta are my favorite — rich and tangy with a delightful crunch.

We recently tried Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Asparagus and it was a hit with the kids, so I told them I was making the lemon feta version and they actually said “Yay!” — proof that this method and flavor are crowd-pleasers.
