The Buffalo Ranch Party Bread is loaded with bold buffalo wing ranch sauce and stuffed with melting cheese—an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer that will disappear fast at any gathering.

With game day or any party on the horizon, this Buffalo Ranch Party Bread delivers all the flavor of buffalo wings without deep frying or a lot of fuss. It’s a simple, hands-off way to serve that spicy, tangy wing profile in a shareable format.
The recipe uses a whole round of King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Bread (the loaf comes in a disposable pan, which means fewer dishes). The bread is carefully sliced into a grid, stuffed with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella, then drenched in a buttery buffalo-ranch sauce so every bite is soft, spicy and creamy.
When baked, the sauce sinks into the bread and the cheeses melt into gooey pockets between the squares. If you want to dress it up, sprinkle bleu cheese crumbles on top or tuck in some pre-cooked shredded chicken for extra heft.
This dish is addictive: tested at home, one loaf made a perfect dinner for two, and it’s likely to disappear even faster with guests. If you’re feeding a crowd, plan on making two or three loaves—the bread goes quickly.
Enjoy!

Buffalo Ranch Party Bread
Ingredients
- 1 King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 1- ounce packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Keep the bread in its aluminum pan and place it on a foil-lined baking sheet. Using a serrated knife, slice the loaf into 1-inch cuts without cutting all the way through. Turn the bread a quarter turn and slice again to create a grid of squares.
-
Mix the shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Gently press about 1 cup of the cheese mixture into the cracks of the bread.
-
In a pitcher or bowl, combine the melted butter, ranch dressing seasoning and buffalo wing sauce. Carefully separate the cuts and pour the sauce mixture into all the cracks so it soaks through the bread.
-
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Cover loosely with foil to prevent excessive browning (optional). Bake for about 45 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is heated through.
-
Serve hot with forks or tongs and enjoy immediately.
