A sparkling cocktail is the perfect way to mark a special moment or simply feel a little indulgent. The Blood Orange and Pink Gin Sparkler blends Prosecco, blood orange juice, pink gin, and a splash of lemon for a bright, citrus-forward drink that’s both festive and refreshing.

What is Pink Gin?
Pink gin is a modern variation of traditional gin infused or blended with red fruits—often strawberries, raspberries, or other berry flavors—that tint the spirit pink and add a gentle fruit sweetness. Its approachable flavor and attractive color make it a popular choice for bright, visually appealing cocktails.

Where to find Pink Gin?
Most liquor stores now carry at least one brand of pink gin. Two commonly available and reliable options are Beefeater Pink and Gordon’s Pink. Try different brands to find the flavor profile you prefer—some are fruitier or sweeter than others.
Can I use regular orange juice if I can’t find blood oranges?
You can substitute regular orange juice, but the drink’s color and flavor will differ. Blood orange juice provides a deeper, slightly sweeter and berry-like citrus note and a striking red hue. Blood orange season runs roughly October through May in North America, though bottled blood orange juice and flavored sodas are sometimes available year-round. If fresh blood oranges are out of season, try a high-quality bottled blood orange juice or experiment with other citrus blends to get a similar result.
Enjoy!
