Cinnamon Roll Apple Roses — edible roses made from tart apple slices wrapped in sweet, gooey cinnamon rolls. An easy, impressive holiday treat.

Ah, Monday. The air has a chill, dusk arrives sooner, and the holidays are quietly approaching. This season I’m excited to partner with Immaculate Baking to give classic baked goods a small upgrade for festive mornings. These apple roses are simple, elegant, and wholesome enough to serve as a show-stopping treat.

I’ve long appreciated Immaculate Baking for convenient, high-quality products—especially their ready-to-bake pie crusts. My homemade crusts never behave, so having reliable shortcuts saves time and stress without sacrificing flavor.

There’s something about the aroma of cinnamon rolls baking on a holiday morning that instantly lifts spirits. I don’t shy away from pop-and-bake convenience—especially when a little creativity turns it into something special. Instead of puff pastry, I swapped in cinnamon rolls for an extra gooey, cinnamon-forward twist.

I first saw apple rose ideas on Pinterest and wanted to try my own version. The technique is simple: soften thin apple slices, layer them on an unrolled cinnamon roll, and re-roll so the apple edges peek out like petals. Bake until golden, add icing, and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.

A light dusting of powdered sugar gives these a snowy holiday look, though that finishing touch is optional if you prefer less sweetness. For me, it’s the holidays—so I vote for the sugar.
